Farm - Various smallholder Farms, Varietal Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Maracaturra, Maragogype, Typica Altitude 900-1200 M.A.S.L. Process - Natural. Cupping Notes - This is the perfect cup of coffee to hold while stoking the embers of last night’s campfire. Smooth and robust with notes of candied almonds and cocoa. It features a delicate mouthfeel with a clean and slightly citric finish. We like it and we think your Dad will too.
Brazil
Region - South Minas
Farm - Various smallholder Farms, Varietal Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Maracaturra, Maragogype, Typica Altitude 900-1200 M.A.S.L. Process - Natural. Cupping Notes - This is the perfect cup of coffee to hold while stoking the embers of last night’s campfire. Smooth and robust with notes of candied almonds and cocoa. Cupping Notes Lemon-lime, mild berry and graham cracker flavors are rounded out with a noticeable acidity and sweet finish.
Decaf Colombia
Region - Huila, Farm - Various smallholder farmers (regional select), Variety - Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, Altitude - 1200-2100 M.A.S.L., Process - Ethyl Acetate Decaffeination
Cupping Notes Lemon-lime, mild berry and graham cracker flavors are rounded out with a noticeable acidity and sweet finish.

Cupping Notes- This medium roast is bold and balanced with layers of complexity as it cools. We taste a darker chocolate base at first, which settles into notes of citrus (think mandarin orange and ripe grapefruit) and baking spices (vanilla and molasses). We love the pronounced mouthfeel, which expresses itself through a buttery body and smooth finish.
Colombia
Region- Cauca
Farm- Various smallholder farmers Variety- Castillo, Caturra, Colombia Altitude- 1200-2100 M.A.S.L. Process- Washed. Cupping Notes- This medium roast is bold and balanced with layers of complexity as it cools. We taste a darker chocolate base at first, which settles into notes of citrus (think mandarin orange and ripe grapefruit) and baking spices (vanilla and molasses). We love the pronounced mouthfeel, which expresses itself through a buttery body and smooth finish.

Guatemala (FTO)
Region- Huehuetenango, Farm- Collaboration of various smallholder members of ASPROCDEGUA, Variety - Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Pache, Altitude - 1600-2200 M.A.S.L., Process Washed.
Cupping Notes- Sweet, clean, and citric with a highlight of almond and lemon flavor that finishes with a subtly sweet cherry presence.

Cupping Notes This very approachable coffee brings milk chocolate, nutty, and orange zest notes with a velvety body and a hint of vanilla.
Variety-Caturra, Typica, Catimor, Mundo Novo, Pache. Altitude-1650–1800 M.A.S.L., Process- Washed. Cupping Notes- A very approachable cup with notes of sweet toffee, light lemon acidity, and a creamy body.
Peru (FTO)
Region(s)-Jaen, Cajamarca, Farm-400 Smallholder Farms,
Variety-Caturra, Typica, Catimor, Mundo Novo, Pache. Altitude-1650–1800 M.A.S.L., Process- Washed. Cupping Notes- A very approachable cup with notes of sweet toffee, light lemon acidity, and a creamy body.
Farm- Kayon Mountain Farm Variety- 74110, 74112 Altitude- 1900-2200 M.A.S.L. Process- Natural. Cupping Notes- Funky, fruity, and full-bodied, this is the classic Ethiopian profile that we’ve all come to know and love. We taste a delicious balance of rich chocolate, blueberry jam, and white flowers in this cup. Think sweet berry wine and chocolate covered acai berries.
Ethiopia
Region- East Guji
Farm- Kayon Mountain Farm Variety- 74110, 74112 Altitude- 1900-2200 M.A.S.L. Process- Natural. Cupping Notes- Funky, fruity, and full-bodied, this is the classic Ethiopian profile that we’ve all come to know and love. We taste a delicious balance of rich chocolate, blueberry jam, and white flowers in this cup. Think sweet berry wine and chocolate covered acai berries.
